（１）We accept inquiries/requests about the renting plan customers chose or about correction regarding personal information, at the head office. In case of inquiries by customer through a representative, the representative must be approved by the customer themselves.

（２）We will respond promptly to any requests from a customer (or the representative) to disclose personal information about the customer, the management will respond promptly.

（３）We will respond promptly to any requests from the customer (or his / her representative) for correction of personal information (correction, addition or deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of provision to a third party) from the customer (or his / her representative). In this case, if the content of the personal information pertaining to the request is not true or if it is deemed that the handling of the personal information is inappropriate, we will make corrections without delay.
