This bicycle sharing service allows users to rent and return from multiple designated parking areas. You can use bicycles at any time.

For membership plans(one-time membership, monthly membership), you can register the app.
For the student discount plan, apply at the Machi-nori Office after registering as a member with the application, For One day pass, you can purchase at the sales counter(Machinori Head office or affiliated counters) or on the website.

There are no age restrictions.

We don’t have it. All bicycles are 20-inch small-diameter bikes. This bike can be used by people over 145cm tall. Please adjust the saddle height.

Only one bike can be used per user ID. If you will multiple bikes, please register each one separately.
※You can register the same name, email address, mobile number, and credit card information.
※The ID needs to be changed(Changing the ending etc.)
※You cannot register multiple IDs on one card. Please prepare cards for each person and link the information.

A credit card and smartphone are required for membership plan. Registering the app makes it easy to use.

It is bicycle parking lot exclusively for Machinori. There are approximately 100 locations in the center of Kanazawa City(as of April 2025).

Card Key is an IC card linked service that simplifies authentication when renting a bikes.
We recommend that you register your card key before using the service.

With the registered ID, you can use the service in areas where Docomo Bike Share operates(Sapporo, Tokyo Metropolitan Area Collaboration 10 Wards, Nerima, Kawasaki, Yokohama, Sendai, Osaka, Nara, Hirosima etc.) However, there are some conditions, so please contact us for details.

※When using in other regions, “one time membership” fee for that region will apply.

With this app, you can make reservations, search for ports check the number of bicycles, check the remaining battery charge, and change the contract details.

You can register any iPhone 7 or later (including iPhone X) as a card key. Please use fingerprint or face authentication and hold it over the operation panel.
For Apple Watch Series 2 or later, double-click and then hold the watch over the operation panel.

*If you have multiple cards set up on your iPhone, please select the card registered as the card key in the Wallet app.
*No payment is required for the key card.

The control panel is a square or round control terminal attached to the saddle seat post of the rear wheel of a bicycle. You can lock and unlock your car by touching your IC card or smartphone, or by reading a passcode or QR code. It can also be used to return your car at a special port.
