Chapter 8. Exemption from responsibility

Article 29. (Exemption from responsibility)

The user may not demand from the Company compensation for any damage exceeding the amount received by the Company from such user as the price for the use of the public bicycle, even if the user suffers damage as a result of using, or inability to use, a public bicycle or a Cycle Port, regardless of reason, except in cases where there is intent or gross negligence on the part of the Company.
